We have several other chapters worldwide, located at military installations & led by active-duty military spouses.
Our membership consists of male or female military spouses & their family members. Children & strollers are not required. Our weekday running workouts (currently Tuesday & Friday mornings) are led by our workout coordinators & are usually 40 minutes long, followed with core training & play time at the park.
All ability levels are welcome! All members who join must have goals of running. However, we also want to reassure you that this group does not demand a certain running pace or standard. We promote a positive, comfortable environment for runners of all ability levels to run together, beginners to marathoners. You're welcome if you are pregnant, recovering from giving birth, recovering from an injury, are looking to improve your fitness level, or are already in shape and are looking to meet other runners.
